With this quest you're level 60.

Death Comes From On High - autocomplete at Lich King, even if the question mark is grey.

Pick up the other quests on the map:

Grand Theft Palomino take the horse near the quest giver and press 1
Tonight We Dine In Havenshire - you must gather Saronite Arrow
Death's Challenge - you can defeat the same npc several times
Leave this quest here
Into the Realm of Shadows - this quest will give you the 100% mount

Don't forget to go to trainer for your training.
